Qualifications:

• Active Para credentials/certification required
• Experience working with middle school age students preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Patient, reliable, and motivated to help students succeed
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction under teacher direction
• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide 1:1 or small group academic and behavioral support
• Monitor student progress and report relevant information to teachers
• Help maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment
• Aid in organization and distribution of instructional materials

This full-time role runs 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a contract extending through June 22, 2027. Candidates will benefit from a highly competitive pay rate of $25 per hour along with weekly pay.
