Location:  Charlotte North Carolina 28216

Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12hr Night Shift - 36 Shift Information:  Friday - Sunday (1900 - 0730) Clinical Interviewing- No - Manager Interview On Call, Call Back Requirements:  Based on department needs and discussed during phone interview with manager Weekend Rotation:  This is a weekend position. Will work every Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Holiday Requirements: 75% of holidays required Floating Requirements:  Potential
About Facility:

• 11 licensed beds
• No Trauma Designation – Free Standing ED
• We offer 24/7 on-site X-ray, CT, and Ultrasound services
• Outpatient imaging is also provided at this location
• Stroke Center
• Radius rule: Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit

Unit Information:  Average patients/day: 70-80 in ED, 60-80 in Radiology

Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year

• Will you accept a first-time traveler: Dependent on experience

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: ED and outpatients at this location

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with advanced registry in CT
• BLS

Skills required:

• Dual-modality Radiology (DX)/CT technologist experience
• IV starts, 3D rendering using TerraRecon software
• Siemens equipment experience is required

Support within the Department:

Department leadership

Technology/Equipment:

• Diagnostic X-ray Equipment: Shimadzu room and portable with Konica Software
• CT Equipment: Siemens go.Top
• EMR: EPIC
• Med dispensing: OmniCell
• Monitors: Philips

Floating: Potential exists

• 2 days departmental
