CNC Machine Operator 1 - Weekend Shift AM

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line setting.

*Duties*

* Operate and monitor machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC Swiss
* Perform setup and adjustments on machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
* Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and production requirements.
* Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
* Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with factory experience preferred.
* Proficiency in operating various machinery including CNC machines, press brake machines, and hand tools.
* Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is advantageous.
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
* Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

Shift Schedule: Sunday, Friday & Saturday from 4:00am - 4:00pm (Training is approximately 2 weeks during 1st shift, Mon- Thurs 6am to 4:30pm)

Work 36 hours, get paid 40 hours. xhmxlyz Overtime is paid for hours worked over 36 hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 – 40.0 per week
