Responsibilities Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Qualifications Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself One year of work experience in real estate Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation $140,000 at plan commissions #J-18808-Ljbffr KW Temecula Valley
