Why this role exists Our sales team is the connective tissue between what we build and the people who need it, and the team is growing! This role isn't about slick pitches or pressure - it's about listening well, solving real problems, and turning trust into long-term partnerships. What you'll do (the day-to-day) Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads - from first conversation to signed agreement Know our offerings of residential home automation, audio, video, lighting, shades deeply enough to translate them into clear, compelling solutions.
