As a Commercial Lines Insurance Agent, you will work directly with commercial insurance clients, providing knowledgeable and professional service while building strong, long-term relationships. You will handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage questions. You will also identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages that may benefit our existing clients.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Riverside, California.

Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are required . You will communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, so the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and support to Commercial Lines clients in English and Spanish
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound client calls
• Communicate with clients regarding policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing, and coverage questions
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, and other account servicing requests
• Prepare and complete Certificates of Insurance and related documentation
• Assist clients with policy renewals and account-related needs
• Respond to billing inquiries and coverage questions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products and coverages to existing clients
• Follow up with clients and proactively address account needs
• Maintain accurate client and policy information while following agency procedures and compliance requirements
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service throughout the client relationship
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Prior Commercial Lines insurance experience required
• Experience servicing Commercial Lines insurance accounts
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, coverages, endorsements, and Certificates of Insurance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in both English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone throughout the day
• Comfortable identifying and discussing cross-selling opportunities with existing clients
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Organized and proactive mindset with strong follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must be eligible and willing to register the appropriate P&C license in California and Texas
• Must be available to work in-office in Riverside, California
