St. Croix Hospice in Lombard, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse On-Call/Visit Nurse to join our 24/7 care model. This weekend role provides skilled nursing visits, triage support, and admissions for patient comfort and care planning. The ideal candidate is an RN with 1+ year acute care experience, preferably hospice or home care, and a valid Illinois license.
