A logistic agent who manages the movements of the receiving and shipping product. responsibilities are but not limited to:
· Coordinate with production to ensure the readiness of the finished product to ship
· Securing space in the warehouse for the received product.
· Prepare the bill of landing BOL, packing lists and any needed document.
· Coordinate with shipping companies and freight carriers.
· Track shipments until it reaches its final destination.
· Resolving issues about the shipping delays and updating the customer
· Updating the data in warehouse and storage.
· Negotiating costs with carriers.
· Communicate any issues with the senior management
