Pay Rate: $21.00 - $29.00/hr
Shifts Available: 1st shift
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ 08054
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re hiring immediately for Tooling Technician roles in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We’re seeking a hands-on Tooling Technician to support production by ensuring molds and tooling are production-ready, well-maintained, and safely managed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, precision work, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities may include:
- Clean, maintain, inspect, and store molds and tooling
- Perform mold changeovers and configuration adjustments per production schedule
- Troubleshoot tooling issues with processing and production teams
- Repair and modify molds, jigs, fixtures, and equipment
- Operate shop equipment such as: Surface Grinder, Bridgeport Mill, Lathe, Sandblast cabinet
- Communicate with tooling vendors (local & global)
- Maintain accurate tooling records, PMs, repairs, and inventory
- Manage tooling supplies and spare components to minimize downtime
- Help develop and document tooling changeover and assembly instructions
- Train production staff on proper tooling care
- Propose continuous improvement ideas (minimum 3 per year)
- Follow and promote all safety standards
- More duties may be assigned upon hire.
What You’ll Need
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1+ year of tooling, molding, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read: Blueprints and instructions
- Micrometers, calipers, and measurement tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Valid forklift license required
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb regularly
- Lift: Up to 25 lbs regularly, Up to 50 lbs frequently, Up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Work around moving machinery in a loud manufacturing environment

- 1st shift, 7:55am - 4:05am
- Monday - Friday
