HR Manager

US Foods is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our Food & Beverage Operations within the Human Resources & Talent Management department. In this role, you will partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives that align with business goals. You will oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and labor regulations, while coaching managers on best practices. This role also leads change management, supports DEI initiatives, and leverages HR analytics to improve organizational effectiveness, culture, and retention across assigned operations.
