Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Texas SLP license (CCC required)
• Experience in school-based settings with elementary and primary populations
• Proficiency in supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong background in administering comprehensive speech-language evaluations
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to facilitating ARD meetings and engaging in collaborative IEP processes

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite supervision and clinical support for SLPAs at assigned primary and elementary locations
• Conduct thorough speech-language evaluations for referred students
• Lead and participate actively in ARD meetings, ensuring clear communication of assessment findings and recommendations
• Maintain accurate, timely records and case management documentation aligned with school policies and compliance standards
• Serve as a consultative resource to educators, administrators, and caregivers regarding speech-language concerns
• Work within a multidisciplinary team environment focused on student success and inclusion
• Please note: Direct therapy service provision is not included in this role
