Publisher Support Manager

Working remotely in a full-time salaried role, the Publisher Support Manager will assist in troubleshooting issues on publishers' websites, enabling new features, and trafficking direct ad campaigns while collaborating with various departments to maximize revenue. Key responsibilities: Troubleshoot ad quality concerns, new product implementations, and data discrepancies Optimize ad placements by adjusting settings and managing network bidders Assist in setting up direct-sold and PMP campaigns, providing necessary reports and creative audits Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Yield Management General knowledge of PMPs, header-bidding, and programmatic advertising Strong working knowledge of GAM, Excel, and Google Products Technical background with the ability to read ad code; familiarity with CSS is a plus
