ASME Welder/FabricatorCannonball Recruiting is seeking skilled ASME Welder/Fabricators for an Industrial Service and Manufacturing facility.Location: Watervliet, NYShift: 1st and 2ndPay: $25-30/hr.Required:Previous experience working under ASME codes and standardsAbility to read blueprints, drawings, and schematicsAbility to follow written instructions in English in a high-volume manufacturing environmentAbility to follow safety rules and regulationsAbility to work overtime as neededJob Duties:Weld and fabricate various tanks and components to ASME Section VIII Division 1 Code standards. Welding includes FCAW / GMAW, SAW, SMAWObtain company required certification for above within 60 days of hireCommunicate effectively with supervisors and co-workersSafely operate equipment including overhead cranes (training provided)Comfortable using electric grinding equipmentAbility to lift up to 60 lbs. climb ladders, work at heights up to 16 ft., and periodically work in confined spacesRead and interpret manufacturing blueprintsPerform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Plant ManagerBenefits:Health Insurance (Individual and Family options)Dental PlanCompany paid Life InsuranceVacation and Paid Holidays401k with Company Match
