Everhome Suites Amarillo West - Medical Center Amarillo, TX, US The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction. Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
