Location: Elgin, IL

Pay Rates & Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:15pm ($19.00/hr)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45pm–11:00pm ($20.50/hr)

What You’ll Do

• Assemble radio towers and heavy telecommunication equipment (up to 65 lbs. – team lift required)
• Use computer-based instructions to build custom frames for client equipment
• Read and interpret written instructions for precise, high-quality assembly
• Work independently or in small, supportive teams
• Handle intricate electronics and components with exceptional care

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in electronic assembly or electronic manufacturing (required)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable handling heavy equipment (with team support)
• Ability to accurately follow computer-based, step-by-step instructions
• Reliable, motivated, and a collaborative team player
