$22 - $25 hourly

• Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans, ensuring each patient understands their care options and feels supported.
• Facilitate effective communication between patients and dental staff, fostering a welcoming and informative environment.
• Oversee appointment scheduling to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times, enhancing the overall patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and satisfaction.
• Assist in financial discussions with patients, providing clear explanations of treatment costs and payment options.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary dental materials and equipment.

• 2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Understanding of dental insurance and financing options
