**Experience and Education Requirements:** - Trauma Level II Experience: Required - Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred - 2 years of experience required, will review for 1.5 years - Travel experience strongly preferred; considered if 2+ years Level 1 Experience - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Behavioral Health and Related Positions: MOAB certification required **Certifications:** - Must have TNCC before submission - ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC required - RQI Certifications: Not accepted - NIHSS can pend until compliance doc due date before the traveler starts **Licensure:** - NM license can pend at time of submission **Technical and Clinical Skills:** - Charting System Experience: Preferred (Cerner) - Skills: Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patients, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA Management, Gunshot Wounds, Dysrhythmia Interpretation, Isolation (PPE), IV Vasopressors, Neuro-Trauma, Orthopedic Trauma, Phlebotomy, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Spinal Cord Injury, Starting/Maintaining IVs, Stroke Management, Traumatic Amputation, Traumatic Brain Injury, Triage - Medication administration including IV medication via the seven medication rights; document and communicate clinical findings **Additional Requirements:** - Floating to Adult PCUs and ED Holding as needed - No locals within 100 miles - OT approved by client before being worked - 6-month break after 1 year or 4 consecutive assignments - Former staff: 12-month separation required **Scheduling Information:** - 12-hour shifts; 36 or 48 hour contracts available - Travelers will be scheduled for weekends as needed
