As our practice continues to grow,  The WellNest of The Quad Cities is looking for an exceptional  Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC, PMHNP-C)to join our team.

This is a  full-time, in-person position based in our Davenport, Iowa office, where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and collaborate with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions across the lifespan
• Provide medication management and ongoing follow-up care
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and community resources
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care

Qualifications

Required

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active Iowa APRN license (or ability to obtain before employment)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain before employment)
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Preferred

• Experience in outpatient psychiatry
• Experience treating children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Interest in holistic and integrative mental health care
