Responsibilities Assist in maintaining inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments Interact daily with technicians and retail customers Provide in-stock parts information to technicians Research and find parts as necessary Answer phone and email inquiries Provide parts cost estimates for commercial and retail requests Assist with monitoring and adjusting inventory Guarantee all parts are properly tagged Supervise stock order procedures Work closely with service manager and body shop manager to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed Provides technical assistance when necessary Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Enforce safety requirements Maintain a professional appearance Requirements Technical automotive knowledge Computer literacy Good communication skills Basic understanding of inventory and reporting Benefits: 401K Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Vacation
