Prepare contract support documentation, including letters, Determination and Findings, and Price Reasonable Determinations for KO approval. Manage complex problems through effective and efficient resolutions compliant with all Federal, DHS, and Coast Guard acquisition regulations and policies. Draft solicitations (RFQs, RFPs) for commercial and non-commercial supplies and services both under and over the SAT. Perform post‑award acquisition duties: manage performance, pay invoices, close out purchase and task orders. Communicate with USCG Program Management personnel regarding technical requirements acquisitions and provide advice on handling complex acquisition contracts, modifications, and processes. Interpret and implement the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and applicable agency directives. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with Federal Government Acquisition (or equivalent combination of experience and education). Working knowledge and understanding of the FAR. Experience with Federal Government Acquisition systems and the Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS‑NG). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. Background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
