Bilingual Case Manager - Personal Injury Law Firm

I am seeking a motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Case Manager to join a fast-paced and client-focused Personal Injury law firm. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and capable of handling a high-volume caseload while maintaining excellent client communication.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of client cases from intake through settlement
* Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
* Gather and organize documentation including medical records, police reports, and billing statements
* Maintain detailed case notes and ensure all files are up to date
* Work closely with attorneys to prepare demand packages and case summaries

Qualifications:

* Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
* 1+ year of experience in personal injury law or a related field preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently in a team-oriented environment
* Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
