Installer / woodworkers

P&M Caseworks LLC is looking to expand our team. We have the following positions open. We have work available for a variety of experience levels and encourage anyone who may be interested in learning the woodworking business to come talk to us. Job Duties/Responsibilities: CABINET INSTALLERS/WOODWORKERS 2+ years of experience as a cabinet installer in the residential or commercial casework industry. Basic knowledge of cabinet/casework fabrication methods. Knowledge of AWI standards preferred. Will train. The ability to read construction plans and drawings. The ability to work independently in the field, some travel required, expenses paid per diem. Opportunities for Prevailing Wage work in the field are available on a job by job basis. Knowledge of basic building construction techniques a huge plus! Pay based on experience. OVERALL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS Have a strong quality related work ethic to minimize rework. Keep work area and tools organized and clean. Strong communication skills, reading, writing, speaking. Smart phone for timecard documentation. Work with a safety-oriented mindset. Must have own set of basic hand tools of the trade. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks. Must be physically able to lift and carry 75+ pounds. A valid NM driver’s license with a clean driving record to drive our vehicles (Required for Installer. position, preferred for all others.)
