Senior Account Executive

AGENCY has a record of providing excellent direct mail, design, and targeting service to our clients and we’re seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive. Senior Account Executives are responsible for leading the creative, production, and design process, drafting and maintaining budgets, serving in a lead role on client accounts, and managing junior staff. You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have at least 2 cycles of political experience in a mid or senior‑level role, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with teammates based locally and around the country, and a commitment to delivering excellence. This is a role for you if you’re extremely detail‑oriented, very well‑organized, and self‑motivated. This role is remote, and candidates must be based in the U.S. for the duration of the employment period. Requirements and Qualifications Ability to lead creative, production, and design processes, working across teams and with the client to ensure client service expectations are exceeded. Demonstrated success in managing multiple project timelines and ensuring deadlines are the highest priority. Ability to maintain a positive team presence while producing excellent client work. Strong interpersonal communication skills, including direct conversations, written communication like chat and email, and conflict resolution. Demonstrated ability to learn and use project management software. Ability to complete assigned work between 9 am‑6 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $6,300 monthly. End‑of‑cycle bonuses are also awarded, based on individual and firm performance.
