The successful candidate will balance strategic thinking with execution, personally driving key HR initiatives while designing the processes, systems, and infrastructure needed to support a growing workforce. Top Responsibilities Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to support rapid organizational growth. Own people operations, including HR systems, benefits, compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and payroll coordination. Build and enhance performance management, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and leadership development programs. Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, compensation, talent strategy, and workforce planning. Establish scalable HR infrastructure, policies, and processes that support growth while maintaining a high-performing employee experience.
