Role Description One Connection Counseling Center is seeking a contract Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to join our team. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, provide counseling services, and support clients as they navigate a range of mental health challenges. This is a hybrid position based in Nashville, TN, offering a combination of in‑office and remote work. Note: Pre‑licensed professionals are welcome to apply. Clinical supervision can be provided. Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Providing ongoing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in psychology, mental health, and counseling practices Proficiency in psychological assessment and evidence‑based therapeutic interventions Strong ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and communicate effectively with clients Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field Active license as a Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility for licensure) Experience in addiction recovery and working with diverse populations is strongly preferred Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Health Care Provider – Mental Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
