Receive and respond to emergency calls, alarms, and requests for security assistance. Gather and assess critical information about the nature and location of incidents or emergencies. Prioritize and triage calls to determine appropriate response levels and allocate resources accordingly. Provide clear and concise instructions to security personnel and other emergency responders. Dispatch security personnel to respond to security incidents, emergencies, and service requests. Coordinate communication and facilitate collaboration between security personnel, medical staff, and external emergency services.QualificationsEducation High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
