M&M Talent Group is seeking Chemical Blenders to safely and accurately blend, mix, and process chemical materials according to established formulas, procedures, and quality requirements. Responsibilities Measure and stage raw materials according to production requirements. Operate blending and mixing equipment. Follow formulas, batch instructions, and production procedures. Monitor mixing processes and equipment. Collect samples for quality testing as required. Record batch information, material usage, and production data. Properly label and handle finished products and materials. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow all PPE, safety, and chemical‑handling procedures. Report equipment issues, spills, or quality concerns immediately. Qualifications Previous chemical, blending, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred. Ability to accurately measure and handle materials. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written procedures and formulas. Comfortable working around chemicals and wearing required PPE. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Strong commitment to safety and quality. Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
