Multi-Licensed Staff Pharmacist

Contract-to-Hire | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

A growing specialty pharmacy is seeking a Multi-Licensed Staff Pharmacist to join its team in a low-volume environment focused on complex specialty therapies and meaningful patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical pharmacy care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic conditions requiring infusion therapies.
Manage specialty therapies including factor replacement, emicizumab, and various IV and subcutaneous medications.
Educate patients and families on medication administration, adherence, side effects, and safe handling of home therapies.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, care coordinators, and reimbursement teams to support positive patient outcomes.
Assist with prior authorizations, insurance coordination, and financial assistance programs.

Qualifications
Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required.
Must have or be willing to obtain multiple state pharmacist licenses.
Specialty pharmacy or infusion experience preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
CareTend experience preferred; training available.
