Strategic Compensation & Incentives Analyst

Jobtailor is seeking an Analyst to support incentive plan design and compensation analysis. You will complete position evaluations, benchmark internal roles, and present findings to senior leaders. The role partners with Finance, HR, Risk Management and executives to design and implement long-range incentive programs and proxy footnotes.
