Psychiatric Nursing Assistant
Proven experienced Psychiatric Nursing Assistant to provide skilled assisted nursing care to their patients in a state hospital facility. Job Requirements for all candidates:
- Must have successfully completed a nursing assistant or mental health technician program.
- Must have two years experience.
- Must have current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated computer & electronic health record skills preferred.
Current Open Shifts: (Subject to change)
- LVN/LPNs – 5 available positions
- 40-hours/week
- Rotating Schedule
- Shifts- 6:45am - 3:15pm (work weekends/month); or: two double shifts on weekends. Swing shift - 2:45pm - 11:15pm. Night shift - 11:00pm - 7:00am.
Other:
- Must have valid photo ID and current American Heart Association CPR certification
- Must have negative PPD results within last 12 months
- COVID-19 testing with negative results required
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card if applicable
- Must be able to successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check
- Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check
- Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour; Weekend differentials available
