Hybrid Bilingual Legal Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Legal Coordinator/Processor to support the settlement and document processing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with legal experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This is a HYBRID opportunity in Novato, CA. What You'll Do: Prepare, review, and process legal settlement and release documents Communicate with clients by phone, email, and DocuSign to obtain completed paperwork Upload and track legal documents through internal systems and trust portals Maintain accurate records and ensure all deadlines are met Answer client questions and provide updates throughout the process Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to support case resolution What We're Looking For: Bilingual in English & Spanish (read, write, and translate) 1-2 years of legal office or law firm experience Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfortable communicating with clients by phone Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
