IPSY is seeking a Director of CRM Lifecycle Marketing to evolve its CRM function into a growth engine. The role will drive strategies across member journeys, focusing on improving retention, conversion, and LTV. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in CRM or growth marketing, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership capabilities.
