BluZinc is seeking a Director of Subscriptions, Membership, and Customer Retention to lead growth across D2C, B2B, and retail channels. You will design and execute strategies to expand subscriptions, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value using Klaviyo, CRM tools, and data-driven insights.
