Our Comfort Consultants play a key role in delivering a 5-star customer experience by actively listening to our customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the ideal solutions tailored to their home and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers to recommend the best HVAC solutions for their needs
• Develop and maintain key client connections to drive sales and close deals
• Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed sales proposals to ensure a smooth handoff to the installation team
• Empower customers to make informed decisions by providing transparent and comprehensive product and pricing information
• Promote Earl's Heating and Air Conditioning by delivering exceptional service that inspires customer referrals
• Become a local market expert by understanding the unique needs and preferences of customers in your market area

Pay and benefits

• Pay: Potential earnings: Up to $200,000/annually
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm
• No on call

• 2-3 years' experience in Residential HVAC Installs or In Home Services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
• Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
• Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required.
• Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors.
• Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
