Our Client, a top warehouse solutions provider, seeks an onsite Project Manager in Surprise, AZ . Requirements: 5 years PM, commercial constructions and an Engineering Degree. Join a growing family business with major clients and uncapped growth potential! 25% local travel! Apply!

responsibilities:

Oversee the complete project lifecycle for Our Client, ensuring the seamless execution of up to 15 multi-million dollar warehouse storage projects simultaneously.
Lead the coordination of internal resources, third-party vendors, and logistics to guarantee on-time product deliveries and flawless installations.
Analyze project blueprints, translate drawings to develop comprehensive material lists, and perform minor CAD adjustments as needed.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and stakeholders to build detailed project plans and maintain comprehensive project documentation for quality assurance.

Minimum 5 years of experience
