We’re hiring a Tool Service Technician for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
• Job Title: Tool Service Technician
• Location: Houston, TX
• Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends)
• Duration: Temp-to-Hire
• Description of Duties:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on tools and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare tools and equipment for shipment, deployment, and customer use.
- Maintain service records, inventory, and maintenance documentation.
- Operate shop equipment safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, manufacturing, or machining environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment specifications.
- Basic computer skills for documentation, inventory tracking, and service reporting.
- Experience with tool service, tool repair, equipment maintenance, or warranty repair is preferred.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment.
