We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee accounting operations and support strategic financial decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership ability who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
•Prepare and review accurate monthly financial statements
•Oversee bank reconciliations across multiple facilities
•Conduct payroll account audits and ensure compliance with policies
•Monitor and manage cash flow to support organizational goals
•Partner with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights
•Work closely with and support the CFO on key initiatives

Qualifications:
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
•Proficiency in Sage Intacct or similar accounting software
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in reporting
•Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•Proven experience managing and leading teams in a financial setting
