Title: Staff Program Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Range: $70/Hr to $74/Hr on W2

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with strong portfolio and program management expertise to join our Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team.
In this role, you will independently drive the execution and coordination of critical portfolio planning and operational activities across a complex, cross-functional environment.
You will partner with teams and leaders across Product Management, Engineering, Finance, PMO, and other functions to drive deliverables, manage dependencies, maintain portfolio visibility, and support effective portfolio planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Planning & Execution:

Drive day-to-day execution and coordination of portfolio planningactivities, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
Coordinate inputs and activities across Product/Business, Engineering, Finance, Program Management, and other cross-functional partners to supportestablished planning timelines.
Maintain integrated plans, schedules, trackers,action items, decisions, and other planning artifacts.
Monitor progressagainst established milestones and proactively identifyrisks, gaps, dependencies, and overdue actions requiring follow-up or escalation.
Coordinate collection and readiness of program, resource, cost, dependency, and other required planning inputs.
Support preparation and readiness for portfolio and leadership reviews,including coordination of materials, feedback, decisions, and follow-up actions.

Portfolio Operations:

Execute established Strategic Portfolio Management processes and operating cadences, including portfolio reviews, QPR activities, statusreporting, and other recurring portfolio activities.
Communicate portfolio status, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and actions to appropriate stakeholders.
Own the ongoing coordination and visibility of key portfolio information, ensuring planning timelines, milestones, decisions, and criticalportfolio resources remaincurrent, accessible, and actionable for stakeholders.
Identify key alignment pointsand interdependencies acrossprograms and workstreams and coordinate with appropriate owners to address them.

Support established governance activities by coordinating requiredinputs, materials, actions, and decision follow-through.

Program Management:

Coordinate complexcross-functional activities into manageable workstreams with clearly defined objectives, owners, deliverables, and timelines.
Facilitate workingsessions and planningmeetings, including preparation, action and decision capture, and follow-through.
Independently drive assigned activities and deliverables to completion, using sound judgment to resolve issues and escalatewhen appropriate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Identify, assess,track, and escalaterisks and dependencies that may affectportfolio planning or other assigned activities.
Partner closelywith Portfolio Operations leadership to executepriorities and respond quickly to changing business needs.

Qualifications / Experience

10+ years of demonstrated program management, portfolio management, or related experience in complex, cross-functional organizations.
Extensive experience independently driving complexplanning and executionactivities across multiple teams, senior stakeholders, and interdependent workstreams.
Advanced programmanagement expertise, including integrated planning, scheduleand milestone management, dependency management, risk management, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
Demonstrated abilityto rapidly assimilate complex business context,organizational

structures, and established processesand become productive with minimal ramp-upand oversight.

Proven abilityto operate independently, exercise sound judgment, navigate ambiguity, and drive work to completion in a highly matrixed organization.
Experience coordinating across Product, Engineering, Finance, Program Management, and other business functions.
Experience workingdirectly with seniorand executive leadersand coordinating complex cross-functional inputs and deliverables for leadership review and decision-making.
Excellent written,verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Highly organizedwith strong attention to detail and demonstrated abilityto manage multiple high-priority activities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
