Production & Packaging Associate - $11/Hour to Start $15-$16 After 90 Days FULL-TIME 1ST & 3RD SHIFT ENTRY LEVEL NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Looking for an easy way to get your foot in the door with a manufacturing company? WSB Solutions is hiring Production & Packaging Associates for a very light, entry-level position . No previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is required. If you are dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work, we will train you! Starting Pay: $11.00/hour
After 90 Days: $15.00-$16.00/hour based on performance
Shifts: 1st & 3rd Shift Available

What You'll Do
No experience necessary! This is a fully entry-level position, and training is provided. Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is helpful but not required .

What You'll Do
- Perform very light production and packaging tasks
- Package and prepare products
- Inspect products for quality
- Follow simple work instructions
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow safety and production procedures
- Work with your team to keep production moving
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
