As a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN), you are the highest-level clinical authority on duty overnight ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards. What You’ll Do: Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies Supervise caregivers and medication staff Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families You combine independent clinical judgment with shift-level leadership, serving as the clinical anchor of the building during overnight operations. What We’re Looking For: Active RN or LPN license in good standing Graduate of approved nursing program 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) – Lead Overnight Clinical Care and Protect Resident Safety Night Shift Nurse Supervisor | RN | LPN | Overnight Nursing | Senior Living | Clinical Leadership Pay Range: 30.95 - 38.75 We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement Some benefits have eligibility requirements In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
