Housekeeping Manager

At Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area, we’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and elevate the standard of cleanliness and hospitality our guests expect. In this vital leadership role, you’ll inspire and guide a dedicated team, ensure every space shines, and play a key part in delivering memorable stays—every single day. What You’ll Do Lead and support a high-performing housekeeping team to consistently exceed cleanliness and service standards Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and payroll Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality, safety, and attention to detail Collaborate with other departments to promptly address guest needs and enhance their stay Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies, linens, and equipment are always on hand Champion health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and welcoming environment What You Bring 2+ years of housekeeping management (or similar leadership experience) in hospitality Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of cleaning processes, chemicals, and safety procedures Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality-related education a plus) Experience with budgeting and payroll is preferred What We Offer Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually (paid bi-weekly) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Optional supplemental insurance plans Paid time off and vacation Professional development and career growth opportunities Employee hotel discounts Why Join Us?
