Job Description Job Description Seeking Skilled Handyman Position: Full-Time Union Shop - Handyman to Superintendent Ideal candidate seeking a long-term position Responsibilities: * Performing routine building maintenance * Handling emergencies and after-hours building issues * Handling snow equipment * Overseeing contractors * Daily inspection of the property * Responding to work orders from shareholders * Reviewing apartment renovation requests * Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition * Working closely with building management and porters to address property needs * Report repairs, safety hazards, and code violations promptly Qualifications: * Knowledge of all building equipment, gas boilers, roofs and windows * Certifications for boilers, fire systems * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs, boiler systems, pumps/motors * Ability to supervise staff and handle daily work orders * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication skills with both shareholders and Board * Good record keeping for property maintenance needed About Company Einsidler Management, Inc. is a full-service, family-owned and operated Residential Property Management firm.
