Description
The School Receptionist is the gatekeeper and face of the school office, providing a warm, welcoming and inviting atmosphere for students, staff, parents and visitors. The receptionist also completes administrative tasks and supports school administration.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with New Hire/Data change personnel paperwork xerox/copier repairs
- Staff coverage for Parent meetings
- End of Year checkout forms/paperwork
- Visitor/Student sign in
- Indoor recess Calendar
- Health Notices
- Field Trip Calendar
- Bus for Field Trip
- Meet your teacher/school supply drop off signage
- Curriculum night signage
- Staff Key management
- Records/transfer In/Out - photo copying/filling out forms
- Substitute plan meetings
- Assist in the closing of office in June.

This position has an hourly range of $15.00 - $16.60. An employee's pay within the range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
