BrightStar Care of North Houston and The Woodlands is hiring an outgoing, experienced salesperson to call on medical facilities, healthcare providers, discharge planners and case managers in the Northwest Houston area under the supervision of our Sales Director.

What we are looking for:

• Must have a proven record in healthcare, infusion therapy, DME, or other services that are similar in nature (RN preferred)
• You can generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing contacts
• Experience with public speaking
• Comfortable with closing/asking for business
• Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community

What you would be doing

• Work with discharge planners, case managers and other contacts within the elder care community, Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living Facilities and Memory Care Facilities.
• Patient Admission visits.
• Ability to obtain referrals for home health services (primarily wound care and infusions) as well as personal care.
• Call on large orthopedic clinics, wound care clinics and other large providers
• Develop relationships with referral sources to become the "preferred provider" for services we offer.
• Community Events including occasional weekend events
