Responsibilities Eigenverantwortliche Identifikation, Bewertung, Bearbeitung und Abgabe relevanter Ausschreibungen im Gesundheitswesen Steuerung des Ausschreibungsprozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Business Operations und internen Fachbereichen Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertragskunden, Rahmenverträgen und GPO-Verträgen Analyse von Umsatz-, Preis- und Vertragsdaten, Erstellung von Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Vertrieb und Management Optimierung von Ausschreibungs- und Vertragsmanagementprozessen inklusive Vorlagen und Best Practices Qualifications Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Gesundheitswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. relevante Berufserfahrung Erfahrung im Ausschreibungs-, Vergabe- oder Vertragsmanagement sowie Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Vergaberecht von Vorteil Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Salesforce und M3) sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Interesse an Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick, Teamgeist sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Benefits Verantwortungsvolle Schlüsselposition mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und direktem Einfluss auf Vertriebserfolg, Kundenentwicklung und Unternehmenswachstum Attraktive Vergütung inklusive 13.
