In this role, you'll be a crucial resource across an entire district, collaborating with educators, families, and school leadership teams to foster student growth and well-being.

Your expertise will contribute to creating positive educational environments while providing direct services to help students reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist license in Tennessee
• Previous experience within a K-12 school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of assessment and intervention strategies
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage caseload effectively and travel to schools within the district

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention and support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, families, and administrators to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for individualized student support
• Deliver crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with district and legal standards
