Graphics Project Manager

Providing on-site project management and coordination, the full-time Onsite Graphics Manager will oversee the development and approval process of private brand packaging while ensuring adherence to company policies and client specifications. Key responsibilities Plans and reviews incoming jobs, obtaining specifications from clients or suppliers Updates project status in the online management tool and communicates with stakeholders regarding job progress Coordinates art turnover meetings and ensures accurate transfer of information for job completion Required qualifications Minimum of a two-year degree or equivalent experience in the graphic arts industry At least one year of project management experience in package design, graphics, or prepress Basic understanding of computers and software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ProofHQ Proven customer service skills and ability to effectively manage client relationships Strong logical and conceptual thinking skills to correlate job specifications
