If you feel these values are a match, we’d like to invite you to be a part of our story.Please visit and for more information.Leasing ConsultantOlen is seeking a skilled and motivated, full-time Leasing Consultant for our multi-family apartment community in Scottsdale, AZ: One North Scottsdale.We are looking for a motivated self-starter with 2-3 years of leasing experience in the residential property management field. Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for performing all the duties associated with the leasing of vacant units on the property to help ensure a high occupancy rate and assisting in the customer service and retention of current residents. This position requires an individual with good organizational skills, who can prioritize multiple tasks and enjoys working with people in an energetic atmosphere.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:Conducts tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.Utilizes resident, prospect and revenue management software systems for leasing activity such as inquiries, appointments, prospect follow up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.Maintains closing ratio based upon the needs of the community.Processes rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval of the Property Manager.Follows through and assumes accountability for overall move-in program.Assists in initiating and closing out service requests.Conducts market surveys of comparable properties.Assists with outreach marketing program.Helps plan, schedule, organize and participate in resident functions.High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.Experience working with property management software is a plus and willingness and capability to learn new software.Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.Able to work weekends.Reasonable accommodations which do not impose an undue hardship on the company may be made to enable qualified individuals with a disability to perform the essential duties of the job.Job Type: Full-time, in office (On-site work)Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus bonusBenefits:401(k) Plan including company matching contributionsHealth insurance including medical, dental and visionBasic life insurancePaid time offEmployee referral program #J-18808-Ljbffr OLEN PROPERTIES
