Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – Sierra Vista, AZ

Support acute dialysis care in a hospital setting with a Monday–Friday day schedule, $56.00/hour local pay , and a contract assignment through 01/23/2027 . This opportunity offers weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits for W-2 employees, and a $300 starting bonus for qualified candidates.

Pay & Benefits

• Local pay rate: $56.00/hour
• Travel pay rate: $29.00/hour
• Weekly per diem: $1,200
• Weekly gross total for 40 hours: $2,360
• Starting bonus: $300 on first check

What You’ll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical patients.
• Operate the Tablo Hemodialysis System safely and effectively.
• Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access, responding to changes in patient condition.
• Manage AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing staff.
• Document treatments, assessments, and interventions accurately while following infection prevention and safety standards.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid, unrestricted Arizona RN license or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Proficiency with dialysis vascular access types
• Ability to independently perform dialysis treatments and respond to patient needs

Preferred:

• Hospital-based ICU dialysis experience
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
