Operations Manager

The Operations Manager oversees all daily warehouse and logistics operations for the parts division, ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective distribution. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing shipping and receiving processes, and driving operational excellence to maximize productivity. The manager leads and develops a diverse team, oversees departmental budgets, and enforces safety and compliance standards while continuously improving processes to support a reliable and efficient supply chain. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity.Embrace and practice Stellantis Leadership Principles in Stellantis Parts and Service WayCoordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the Parts Distribution Center customer KPI's, related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and EnvironmentalProvide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as needed.Analyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasures.Utilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvementsFoster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior management.Inventory ManagementCompliance Management (Weekly and monthly audit compliance)Continuous Improvement (Project identification, implementation, and validation of savings)Customer Satisfaction (Produce quality parts free of errors and damage)Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business management (BA) / LogisticsMinimum of 8 years of supervisory experienceAbility to work any shift and overtime necessaryExcellent organization skillExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to handle multiple projects at the same timeDemonstrated troubleshooting skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in business administration (MBA)Experience in continuous improvement projectsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced regional and global work environment, and organize prioritiesAnalytical with strategic forward planning mindsetBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2019633Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: Supply ChainPosted Date: 23/07/2026
